How to test a pillow properly
You should definitely try out the pillow before you buy it. Of course, the SAMINA specialist shops also offer a test lying position as part of an individual sleep consultation. Start by lying on your back. Your shoulder should not lie on the pillow, but only touch the pillow at its base. If your neck forms two folds when lying on your back, then the pillow is too high, which depends on your body weight and neck lordosis, among other things. Give yourself enough time in this position. Turn to the left and then to the right in a sideways position. The SAMINA Sleep Health Coach will check whether your spine is absolutely straight in the lateral positions.
